Grind, grind, grind

Any advice for getting a ten-month-old to stop grinding his teeth (8 total)? Or should I just start saving up for the inevitable TMJ treatment?

Patrick's gone through this phase a few times, generally sooner after getting new teeth, and each time he's stopped on his own. I was given the advice to just ignore it.
