I'm not sure, but googling is pointing me to Syddansk University, just outside of Odense. (I got that from google maps, so that might be a Danish spelling -- it has Copenhaven as Kobenhavn.) Anyway, all advice would be greatly appreciated! I'll bug you about it when it gets closer?
And "fresh produce, drenched in butter" does not sound appetizing. I like some vegetables cooked in a little bit of butter, sometimes, but grilled or just raw in a salad is also good. It just sounds like a description of "delicious" vegetables by someone who doesn't actually eat or like vegetables.
